A3 Available

Your third assignment is now available on WebCT. Be sure to check it ASAP, paying particular attention to upcoming deadlines. I will be posting your fourth assignment in another week so so, just in case you want to work ahead of the finals.

Some of you are having problems posting comments or entries to blogger. This seems to be an intermitent problem with using blogger. Generally if you wait a bit you will be able to post the information.

A2 questions

There were a few A2 questions that I wanted to answer. Remember that your new deadline is today (Monday) at midnight. Turn in your assignment to CPR as a pdf and also enter your CPR code (found within CPR). I will transfer the files Tuesday morning, which means CPR should be available Tuesday afternoon.

Nelson asked if you could use data from a different article than the one you are summarizing to make the graphic. As long as you take data and construct a new and original graphic, that will be fine. And, as Nelson correctly states, you must cite the article from which you take the data.

Courtney asked if she could combine clip images to make a graphic. I think that if you are using them in a new and original manner that should be fine. However, you wouldn't want to just put two pictures together and consider that original. You would instead need to use clip art in a flow chart or diagram, or some other original manner.
